The Swimming Seal’s colors are bright and engaging and very whimsical. When pushed, it makes a pleasant clacking noise and the fins and tail will move as though the seal is swimming in the sea. This is one of the smaller and lighter toys of its kind, so it works really well for younger toddlers. Like most Plan Toys, it is simple, sturdy, and fun.
