RETURN POLICY
Your shopping experience is very important to us.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. To begin the return process, please call our Customer Service Call Center at 888-810-2899 or send us an email at customerservice@shopecogoods.com.
Please provide us with the following information: your name, order number, description of item(s), and the reason for wanting to return. All returned merchandise must be new and in resalable condition with original packaging and tags.
Once we receive the product back to our warehouse, we will happily give you a store credit for your original purchase price, minus a 10% re-stocking fee and the shipping costs.
Shop Eco Goods reserves the right to change this policy at any time.
